RENTER'S GUIDE

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

  To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record, meaning no major moving violations, DUI convictions, or similar infractions. Unfortunately, we cannot rent vehicles to individuals under the age of 21. Additionally, all renters must be physically present with a physical ID at the start of the rental, and our staff must personally hand over the keys to the authorized driver.

  VALID INSURANCE

 Clients are required to carry full coverage insurance to cover rental car damages in case of an accident. Options include having an insurance policy on a personal vehicle, maintaining full-coverage insurance (Comprehensive and Collision), or using the ‘Premium Car Rental Protection’ offered by American Express. For more details on these options, feel free to inquire our team or your insurance provider.

  ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

  Additional drivers can be listed on the Rental Agreement. Each additional driver must be present at the time of delivery, submit their driver’s license & insurance in advance, and adhere to the same age, licensing, and driving-record restrictions as the primary renter.

 DELIVERY AND PICKUP

 You have the option to pick up/return your vehicle at our office or have it delivered to your preferred location. While parking your vehicle at our warehouse is free, direct-to-client delivery is available for an additional service fee, to any address within 50 miles of Headquarters. It is essential to confirm all pick-up and delivery arrangements at least 24 hours in advance to ensure on-time service. 
 
RETURN TIMES

  We offer flexibility with vehicle return times, providing a 1-hour grace period after the scheduled return time. However, after this grace period, additional daily rental fees will apply. 

SECURITY DEPOSITS

  All renters must leave a security deposit, either through a credit card authorization or cash. The deposit amount varies based on the rented vehicle and your insurance type. This deposit is fully refundable upon the completion of the rental. If you opt for a debit/credit card, the deposit will be run as an “authorization only hold,” with no actual charge.

 PAYMENT METHODS

  We accept cash, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for rental fees and damage deposits. Note that personal and business checks are not accepted.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

  Cancellation of your reservation will result in an immediate forfeit of your security deposit due to loss of business and the inconvenience of potential clients. The total trip fee will be fully refunded.

 FUEL, TOLLS & SERVICE CHARGE

  Each vehicle comes equipped with a Tx TOLL TAG for easy toll passage, and charges for used tolls will be deducted. Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas, and failure to return the vehicle with a full tank will result in charges for the market price of each gallon, plus a $25 fueling fee.

 DRIVING AREA & MILEAGE

 Daily and weekend rentals include 150 miles free per day (exclusions apply), with additional mileage incurring charges at the stated rate. Vehicles may not be driven outside the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex or state of Texas without prior written approval.

 PROHIBITED USES

  Our rental vehicles may not be used for any illegal purpose, racing, teaching others to drive, or on unpaved surfaces. Violations of these prohibited uses may result in the abrupt termination of the reservation with no refund given. You will lose your security deposit if you smoke in the vehicle or leave ash residue during your reservation.

TICKET

  Renters are responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding, or other tickets or violations issued during the rental period. The renter must pay for any associated fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound
